       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 45 - 50
    4  and insert:
    5  to security services provided under subsection (1), subsection
    6  (5), or subsection (6) are exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s.
    7  24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
    8         (b)Records held by a law enforcement agency relating to
    9  transportation services provided under subsection (1),
   10  subsection (5), or subsection (6) are exempt from s. 119.07(1)
   11  and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution from the time
   12  such transportation services are requested until 1 month after
   13  the conclusion of the transportation service.
   14         (c)This subsection is subject to the Open Government

   18         Delete lines 5 - 8
   19  and insert:
   20         agency relating to certain security services;
   21         providing an exemption from public records
   22         requirements for a specified timeframe for records
   23         held by a law enforcement agency relating to certain
   24         transportation services; providing for legislative
   25         review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a
   26         statement of public necessity;
