       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Collins) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 29 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Water and wastewater facility personnel are essential
    6  first responders. As used in this section, the term “water and
    7  wastewater facility personnel” means any
    8

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 5
   12  and insert:
   13         “water and wastewater facility personnel”;
