       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 27 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5  narcotic-drug-testing products that are used solely to determine
    6  whether a controlled substance contains fentanyl as described in
    7  s. 893.03(2)(b)9. or any other controlled substance specified in
    8  s. 893.135(1)(c)4.a. This exclusion does not apply to a
    9  narcotic-drug-testing product that can measure or determine the
   10  quantity, weight, or potency of a controlled substance.
