       Senator Ingoglia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 417 and 418
    4  insert:
    5         Section 8. For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $75,000 in recurring funds and $388,000 in nonrecurring funds
    7  from the Administrative Trust Fund within the Department of
    8  Children and Families are appropriated to the Department of
    9  Children and Families for technology enhancements required to
   10  implement this act.
