       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Jones) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (383522) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 399
    5  and insert:
    6  775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. This subsection does not
    7  apply to an unaccompanied alien child as defined in 6 U.S.C. s.
    8  279(g)(2) or to a person who is a naturalized United States
    9  citizen; has lawful permanent resident status; has a pending
   10  application under the Cuban Adjustment Act or under any other
   11  pending adjustment of status application; is on parole by the
   12  United States Citizenship and Immigration Services or by the
   13  United States Customs and Border Protection; has a federal T
   14  visa, a federal U visa, or protection under the federal Violence
   15  Against Women Act; or has a pending or approved certification
   16  under the federal T visa, federal U Visa, or federal Violence
   17  Against Women Act.
