       The Committee on Rules (Ingoglia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 478 - 499
    4  and insert:
    5  who the person knows, or reasonably should know, has entered is
    6  illegally entering the United States in violation of law and has
    7  not been inspected by the Federal Government since his or her
    8  unlawful entry from another country.
    9         (b) Conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or
   10  attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, in any
   11  place within this state, including any temporary or permanent
   12  structure or through any means of transportation, an individual
   13  whom the person knows, or reasonably should know, has entered
   14  the United States in violation of law and has not been inspected
   15  by the Federal Government since his or her unlawful entry from
   16  another country commits a felony of the third degree, punishable
   17  as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
   18         (2) A person commits a separate offense for each individual
   19  he or she transports, conceals, harbors, or shields from
   20  detection, or attempts to transport, conceal, harbor, or shield
   21  from detection, into this state in violation of this section.
   22         (3) A person who commits five or more separate offenses
   23  under this section during a single episode commits a felony of
   24  the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s.
   25  775.083, or s. 775.084.
   26         (4)(a) A person with a prior conviction under this section
   27  who commits a subsequent violation of this section

   30  And the title is amended as follows:
   31         Delete line 90
   32  and insert:
   33         who entered the United States unlawfully and without
   34         inspection by the Federal Government; providing
