On Page: 254             Provides $300,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Deltona - Theresa Basin - Flood Control 
Spec App: 1682D          Study (SF 2651) and reduces $165,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds for the University of Central 
                         Florida - Restore Indian River Lagoon Inflow (SF 
                         2804) and $135,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category.
