The Committee on Appropriations (Burgess) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 078             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  285           the Emerald M Therapeutic Riding Center (SF 2442). 
                         Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Department of Children and Families 
                         Fixed Capital Outlay Needs for Centrally Managed 
                         Facilities.
