On Page: 410             Provides funding of $250,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds for MartinArts: Creating an Arts 
Spec App: 3237           Center for the Treasure Coast (SF 1225) and reduces 
                         by the same amount the Department of State Historic 
                         Properties Fixed Capital Outlay.

From   the   funds   in  Specific  Appropriation  3237,  $10,000,000  in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue Fund is provided to the
Department  of  State  for  maintenance,  repairs,  and  restoration  of
historic properties.

The  remaining  nonrecurring  funds  in Specific Appropriation 3237 from
the General Revenue Fund shall be allocated as follows:
