On Page: 078             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the West 
Spec App:  285           Augustine Health and Wellness Center  (SF 1498). 
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Children and Family Services Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay for Centrally Managed Facilities.
