amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 078             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  285           the Victory for Youth - Share Your Heart Program (SF 
                         1380). Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from the Department of Children and 
                         Families Fixed Capital Outlay Needs for Centrally 
                         Managed Facilities.
