                         unexpended balance of funds provided to the

                         Tampa Bay Regional Airport - Runway Rehabilitation 
                         (HB 4961) (Senate Form 2333) for Fiscal Year 
                         2023-2024 to the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional 
                         Airport Aviation Expansion Zone (SF 3236).

SECTION 188. The unexpended balance of funds provided to the Department 
of Transportation for the Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport - 
Runway Rehabilitation (HB 4961) (Senate Form 2333) in Specific 
Appropriation 1988A of chapter 2022-156, Laws of Florida, shall revert 
and is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 to the department for 
Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport Aviation Expansion Zone (SF 
3236).
