                         funds for Longboat Key Asbestos Cement Water Main 
Spec App: 1705A          Replacement - Country Club Shores Phases 1&2 (SF 
                         1034) and $3,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply 
                         Authority Phase 3C Regional Water Transmission 
                         Pipeline (SF 1130) and reduces funding for the 
                         Department of Management Services Capital 
                         Depreciation appropriation category by the same 
                         amounts.
