       The Committee on Appropriations (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 259 - 262
    4  and insert:
    5         2. Fifty percent of income above 5 percent and up to 10
    6  percent shall be retained by the plan, and the other 50 percent
    7  shall be refunded to the state and adjusted for the Federal
    8  Medical Assistance Percentages. The state share shall be
    9  transferred to the General Revenue Fund, unallocated, and the
   10  federal share shall be transferred to the Medical Care Trust
   11  Fund, unallocated.
