    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (471655) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 43 - 153
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 2. Section 501.1735, Florida Statutes, is created
    7  to read:
    8         501.1735 Protection of children in online spaces.—
    9         (1) DEFINITIONS.—As used in this section, the term:
   10         (a) “Child” or “children” means a consumer or consumers who
   11  are under 18 years of age.
   12         (b) “Collect” means to buy, rent, gather, obtain, receive,
   13  save, store, or access any tracking information pertaining to a
   14  consumer.
