Senator Thompson moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Between lines 297 and 298
4 insert:
5 (5) The Higher Education Coordinating Council shall create
6 a complaint form that must be prominently displayed on its
7 website. The complaint form may be used by employees of
8 institutions of higher education to submit claims of
9 unreasonable enforcement of state curriculum restrictions which
10 result in termination.

13 And the title is amended as follows:
14 Delete line 34
15 and insert:
16 trustees; requiring the Higher Education Coordinating
17 Council to create a complaint form for employees of
18 institutions of higher education; requiring that the
19 form be prominently displayed on the council’s
20 website; amending s. 1004.06, F.S.; prohibiting
