    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 279 - 283
    4  and insert:
    5  Appropriations Act, the sum of $25 million in recurring funds
    6  from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the Department
    7  of Health, with $12,309,905 allocated for the purpose of
    8  implementing s. 381.0051(3), (4), and (6), Florida Statutes, and
    9  $12,690,095 allocated for the expansion and implementation of s.
   10  383.2163(3) and (4), Florida Statutes.
