       Senator Thompson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 215 and 216
    4  insert:
    5         (e) The woman is in imminent danger of domestic violence
    6  and the gestational age of the fetus is not more than 15 weeks
    7  as determined by the physician. At the time the woman schedules
    8  or arrives for her appointment to obtain the abortion, she must
    9  provide a copy of a restraining order, police report, medical
   10  record, or other court order or documentation providing evidence
   11  that she is obtaining the termination of pregnancy because she
   12  is in imminent danger of domestic violence.
