       The Committee on Health Policy (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 206 - 214
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) The pregnancy is the result of rape, incest, or human
    6  trafficking. At the time the woman schedules or arrives for her
    7  appointment to obtain the abortion, she must provide a sworn
    8  statement affirming that she is obtaining the termination of
    9  pregnancy because she is a victim of rape, incest, or human
   10  trafficking. If the woman is a minor, the physician must report
   11  the incident of rape, incest, or human trafficking to the
   12

   15         Delete lines 23 - 25
   16  and insert:

   21         abortion; requiring physicians to report incidents of
