       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Osgood) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 40 - 43
    4  and insert:
    5         (8) Delivering other services designed to reduce human
    6  trafficking or assist human trafficking victims, as authorized
    7  by the Attorney General.
    8         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date that
    9  SB 338 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   10  is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension
   11  thereof and becomes a law.
