    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. Effective October 1, 2023, section 110.1205,
    6  Florida Statutes, is created
    7  
    8         Delete line 77
    9  and insert:
   10         Section 6. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   11  act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2023.
