    1                   A reviser’s bill to be entitled                 
    2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes; repealing ss.
    3         10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, 10.15, 10.16, 10.17,
    4         10.171, 10.18, and 10.181, F.S.; deleting provisions
    5         providing for apportionment of the districts of the
    6         State Senate and House of Representatives that have
    7         been superseded; providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Sections 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, 10.15,
   12  10.16, 10.17, 10.171, 10.18, and 10.181, Florida Statutes, are
   13  repealed.
   14         Reviser’s note.—The cited sections, relating to apportionment of
   15         districts for the State Senate and House of
   16         Representatives, are repealed to delete superseded
   17         provisions.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the 60th day after
   19  adjournment sine die of the session of the Legislature in which
   20  enacted.
