       Senator Grall moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 27
    4  and insert:
    5  restrooms. The menstrual hygiene products may not display any
    6  advertisement or messaging except for the brand name and
    7  manufacturer product information. Any associated dispensing
    8  mechanism may not display any advertisement or messaging except
    9  for the brand name and manufacturer product information or
   10  information necessary to maintain the dispensing mechanism.
