       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 271 and 272
    4  insert:
    5         (8) The provision of services by a home health aide for
    6  medically fragile children reduces the eligible relative’s
    7  private duty nursing service hours covered by the Medicaid
    8  program and may not be provided concurrently with any private
    9  duty nursing services.

   14  and insert:
   15         confidential and exempt records; providing that
   16         services provided by a home health aide for medically
