       The Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services
       (Harrell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 225 - 232
    4  and insert:
    5  pursuant to s. 400.512. If the person has successfully passed
    6  the required background screening pursuant to s. 400.512 or s.
    7  408.809 within 90 days before applying for a certificate to
    8  practice and the person’s background screening results are not
    9  retained in the clearinghouse created under s. 435.12, the
   10  agency must waive the requirement that the applicant
   11  successfully pass an additional background screening pursuant to
   12  s. 400.512.
