       The Appropriations Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (912200) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 28 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5  competent jurisdiction, unless such dismissal was pursuant to s.
    6  916.145 or s. 985.19, or a judgment of acquittal was rendered by
    7  a judge, or a verdict of not guilty was rendered by a judge or
    8  jury.
    9         (g) The person has never secured a prior sealing or
   10  expunction of a criminal history record under this section, s.
   11  943.059, former s. 893.14, former s. 901.33, or former s.
   12  943.058, unless:
   13         1. Expunction is sought of a criminal history record
   14  previously sealed for 10 years pursuant to paragraph (h) and the
   15  record is otherwise eligible for expunction; or
   16         2.One prior expunction was granted for a criminal history
