       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 24
    4  and insert:
    5  reasonable appellate attorney fees and costs. An intervening
    6  party in a challenge filed under this subsection is not entitled
    7  to recover attorney fees and costs and may not recover attorney
    8  fees and costs from an aggrieved or adversely affected party or
    9  a local government.
