    2         An act relating to mammography reports; amending s.
    3         381.933, F.S.; abrogating the repeal of provisions
    4         requiring facilities that perform mammography to send
    5         patients a certain summary of their mammography report
    6         under certain circumstances; providing an effective
    7         date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 381.933, Florida
   12  Statutes, is amended to read:
   13         381.933 Mammography reports.—
   14         (3) REPEAL.—This section is repealed June 30, 2023.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
