       Senator Davis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (333316) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1258 - 1272
    4  and insert:
    5  subdivision another political boundary, including boundaries of
    6  county commissioners’ districts, districts of municipal
    7  governing bodies, district school board member residence areas,
    8  and election districts of special district governing bodies
    9  listed below, a the boundary listed in subparagraph 1.,
   10  subparagraph 2., or subparagraph 3. below may be used as a
   11  precinct boundary:
   12         1. Governmental unit boundaries reported in the most recent
   13  Boundary and Annexation Survey published by the United States
   14  Census Bureau;
   15         2.Visible features that are readily distinguishable upon
   16  the ground, such as streets, railroads, tracks, streams, and
   17  lakes, and that are indicated upon current census maps, official
   18  Department of Transportation maps, official municipal maps,
   19  official county maps, or a combination of such maps;
   20         3.Boundaries of public parks, public school grounds, or
   21  churches; or
   22         2.4. Boundaries of counties, incorporated municipalities,
   23  or other political subdivisions that meet criteria established
   24  by the United States Census Bureau for block boundaries; or
   25         3. Boundaries of county commissioners’ districts, districts
   26  of municipal governing bodies, district school board member
   27  residence areas, and election districts of special district
   28  governing bodies.
