       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 283 - 291
    4  and insert:
    5         UCR system or the FIBRS, on or before July 1, 2024, and at
    6  least quarterly each year thereafter.
    7         (b) A required reporting entity located in a county with a
    8  population of 500,000 or less must begin reporting its
    9  jurisdiction’s human trafficking data required by this section
   10  to the statewide human trafficking data repository, or to the
   11  UCR system or the FIBRS, on or before July 1, 2024, and at least
   12  biannually each year thereafter.
