       Senator Book moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 105 - 109
    4  and insert:
    5  action against any of the following entities:
    6         1. An adult theater, as defined in s. 847.001(2)(b), or an
    7  owner, an operator, or a manager of such theater, that knowingly
    8  allows a victim of human trafficking to work, perform, or dance
    9  at the adult theater; or
   10         2. A hotel or motel as described in chapter 509, or an
   11  owner, an operator, or a manager of such hotel or motel, if
   12  human trafficking has occurred on the property.

   14  Such a victim may recover damages as provided in this section.
