       Senator DiCeglie moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete lines 431 - 436
    4  and insert:
    5  available by telephone at a provided contact telephone number 24
    6  hours a day, 7 days a week, and receiving legal notice of
    7  violations on behalf of the owner.
    8         g. State the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental based
    9  on the number of sleeping accommodations for persons staying
   10  overnight in the vacation rental.
   11         h. Pay in full all recorded municipal or county code liens
   12  against the subject property.
   13         i. Provide to guests information related to health and
   14  safety concerns and applicable laws, ordinances, or regulations
   15  by posting on the property or by delivery to guests.
