       The Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (Boyd) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 110 and 111
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Beginning in the 2023-2024 fiscal year, and for
    6  each fiscal year thereafter through the 2027-2028 fiscal year,
    7  the sum of $2 million is appropriated from the General Revenue
    8  Fund to the Department of Environmental Protection for the
    9  purpose of implementing s. 403.93344, Florida Statutes, as
   10  created by this act.

   14         Delete line 20
   15  and insert:
