       Senator Thompson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 300 - 303
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Upon request, the owner or manager of an amusement ride
    6  must demonstrate patron-loading procedures and must provide the
    7  proper positioning and measurements related to patron safety
    8  restraint systems, as established by the manufacturer of the
    9  amusement ride or by a professional engineer or qualified
   10  inspector.
