       Senator Thompson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 326 - 331
    4  and insert:
    5  at the patron entrance of each amusement ride. If the amusement
    6  ride manual does not include rider restrictions related to age,
    7  size, health, or weight, the department may require the owner or
    8  manager to provide documentation from the amusement ride
    9  manufacturer, a licensed professional engineer, or a qualified
   10  inspector confirming that no such restrictions exist.
