       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (901464) (with
    2  title amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 108 and 109
    5  insert:
    6         (c) Notwithstanding paragraphs (a) and (b), a social media
    7  platform shall allow a minor who is younger than 16 years of age
    8  to create or maintain an account on the social media platform if
    9  he or she shows that not having access to the platform will
   10  negatively impact his or her professional development, financial
   11  well-being, or employment.

   16  and insert:
