       The Committee on Community Affairs (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Chapters 61-2212 and 85-417, Laws of Florida, are
    6  repealed and the Highland View Water and Sewer District is
    7  dissolved.
    8         (4) Chapters 99-482 and 2007-305, Laws of Florida, are
    9  repealed and the West Orange Airport Authority is dissolved.
