       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 414 and 415
    4  insert:
    5         (7) A person who contracts with and receives financial
    6  compensation from a community association to negotiate monetary
    7  or performance terms of a contract, including contracts for
    8  television, video, Internet, telephone, or any other
    9  telecommunications services, which is subject to the approval of
   10  the association, with a business from which the person also
   11  receives financial compensation is subject to this section.
   12         (8) A contract or agreement executed in violation of this
   13  section is deemed void and unenforceable.
   14         (9) A violation of this section is deemed a deceptive and
   15  unfair trade practice under part II of chapter 501.

   19         Delete line 32
   20  and insert:
   21         term “relative”; providing that a person who contracts
   22         with and receives financial compensation from a
   23         community association to negotiate services for
   24         certain contracts, is subject to the act; providing
   25         that a contract or an agreement executed in violation
   26         of the act is deemed void and unenforceable; providing
   27         that related violations are deemed to be violations of
   28         the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act;
   29         amending s. 468.436, F.S.; revising
