       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (589844) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 73
    4  and insert:
    5         4. If an applicant is required under subparagraph 3. to
    6  provide proof to the department that the office is in compliance
    7  with the applicable requirements of s. 469 of the Florida
    8  Building Code, relating to office surgery suites, or s. 458.3281
    9  and the applicable rules adopted thereunder, but is unable to
   10  provide such proof, the department must notify the Agency for
   11         Delete lines 1182 - 1187
   12  and insert:
