    1         Senate Amendment(with directory and title amendments)

    4  insert:
    5         (7) A comprehensive plan amendment under review by an
    6  appellate court before July 1, 2024, which is resubmitted to the
    7  local government for reconsideration is subject to the law in
    8  effect at the time of the original submission.

   18         Delete line 24
   19  and insert:
   20         specified timeframe; providing that certain
   21         comprehensive plan amendments are subject to the law
   22         in effect at the time of the original submission;
   23         making technical changes;
