       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 65
    4  and insert:
    5  hurricane evacuation clearance time:
    6         a. Mobile home residents are not considered permanent
    7  residents.
    8         b. The City of Key West Area of Critical State Concern
    9  established by chapter 28-36, Florida Administrative Code, shall
   10  be included in the hurricane evacuation study and is subject to
   11  the evacuation requirements of this subsection.
