12 amending s. 469.006, F.S.; revising requirements for
13 department rules governing evidence of financial
14 responsibility of applicants seeking licensure as a
15 business organization under ch. 469, F.S.; amending s.
16 473.306, F.S.; requiring applicants for the
17 accountancy licensure examination to create and
18 maintain an online account with the department and
19 provide an e-mail address; requiring applicants to
20 maintain the accuracy of their contact information;
21 requiring that address changes be submitted through
22 the department’s online system within a specified
23 timeframe; conforming cross-references; amending s.
24 473.308, F.S.; requiring a person seeking licensure as
25 a Florida certified public accountant, or a firm
26 seeking to engage in public accountancy, to create and
27 maintain an online account with the department and
28 provide an e-mail address; requiring certified public
29 accountants and accounting firms to maintain the
30 accuracy of their contact information; requiring that
31 address changes be submitted through the department’s
32 online system within a specified timeframe; amending
33 s. 475.181, F.S.; revising conditions regarding
34 issuance of a licensure under part I of ch. 475, F.S.;
35 amending s. 476.114, F.S.; revising eligibility
36 requirements for licensure as a barber; making
37 technical changes; amending s. 477.019, F.S.; revising
38 eligibility requirements for licensure by examination
39 to practice cosmetology; amending s. 489.131, F.S.;
40 revising the types of penalties that may be
41 recommended by a local jurisdiction enforcement body
42 against a contractor; specifying requirements for any
43 such recommended penalties; amending s. 489.143, F.S.;
44 revising payment limitations for payments made from
45 the department’s Florida Homeowners’ Construction
46 Recovery Fund; amending s. 499.012, F.S.; revising
47 requirements for certification as a designated
48 representative of a prescription drug wholesale
49 distributor; amending s. 561.17, F.S.; requiring
50 persons or entities licensed or permitted by the
51 Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, or
52 applying for such license or permit, to create and
53 maintain an account with the division’s online system;
54 specifying application requirements; prohibiting the
55 division from processing applications not submitted
56 through the online system; creating ss. 569.00256 and
57 569.3156, F.S.; requiring certain persons or entities
58 licensed or permitted by the division, or applying for
59 such a license or permit, to create and maintain an
60 account with the division’s online system; requiring
61 licensees, permittees, and applicants to provide the
62 division with an e-mail address and maintain accurate
63 contact information; specifying application
64 requirements; prohibiting the division from processing
65 applications not submitted through the online system;
66 amending ss. 210.16 and 476.144, F.S.; conforming
67 cross-references and
