       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 335 and 336
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section
    6  471.003, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         471.003 Qualifications for practice; exemptions.—
    8         (2) The following persons are not required to be licensed
    9  under the provisions of this chapter as a licensed engineer:
   10         (c) Regular full-time employees of a business organization
   11  corporation not engaged in the practice of engineering as such,
   12  whose practice of engineering for such business organization
   13  corporation is limited to the design or fabrication of
   14  manufactured products and servicing of such products.
