       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Collins) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 527 and 528
    4  insert:
    5         Section 16. The changes made by this act to ss. 395.301 and
    6  627.446, Florida Statutes, do not apply to ambulatory surgical
    7  centers as defined in s. 395.002, Florida Statutes, until
    8  January 1, 2026.
