       Senator Burton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 168 and 169
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the sum of $2
    6  million in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the Department of Law Enforcement for the
    8  purchase of testing equipment necessary to implement this act.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 21
   13  and insert:
   14         fines; providing an appropriation; providing an
   15         effective date.
