On Page: 060             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for FLAIRS 211 Network Emergency Response, 
Spec App:  196           Data Collection, Education and Oversight (SF 2824). 
                         Reduces the same amount in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from Florida Health Care Connection 
                         (FX).
