On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Hillsborough County Baker Act Bed Funding 
Spec App:  377           (SF 1146). Reduces the same amount in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from Centerstone Trauma 
                         Recovery Center (SF 1157).
