On Page: 093             Provides $626,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the City Rescue Mission McDuff Campus (SF 
Spec App:  366A          2490). Reduces the same amount in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from UF Health Jacksonville 
                         (SF 3597).
