On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Forty Carrots Family Center - Expansion of 
Spec App:  377           Mental Health, Early Education and Parenting 
                         Education (SF 2676). Reduces the same amount in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from Florida 
                         Health Care Connection (FX).
