On Page: 277             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Flagler County Beach Restoration/Coastal 
Spec App: 1851D          Stabilization Project (SF 2407) and reduces the St. 
                         Augustine Beach: FDOT Ponds 400, 500, and Associated 
                         Infrastructure Improvements (SF 2458) by the same 
                         amount.
